Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while allowing us to manage our properties effectively.

1. Cancellation 14 or More Days Before Check-In
   If you cancel your booking 14 or more days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellation 7 to 14 Days Before Check-In
   If you cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
3. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Check-In
   If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your scheduled check-in date, the first night’s accommodation is non-refundable.
   However, rather than losing the remainder of your booking, we will allow you to move your stay to alternative dates within 12 months of the original check-in date at no additional booking fee, subject to availability with only one move permitted.
   Any difference in price between the original and replacement dates may apply.
4. Changing Your Dates
   If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible.
   Date changes are subject to availability. Where a date change is permitted under this policy, we will not charge an additional booking or amendment fee.
   Any difference in the accommodation price between the original and new dates may apply.
5. How to Cancel
   To cancel or change your booking, please contact us using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
   The applicable cancellation period will be determined by the date and time we receive your cancellation request.
6. Third-Party Bookings
   If you made your booking through a third-party booking platform, such as Airbnb, Booking.com or another booking provider, the cancellation terms and procedures of that platform may apply.
   Please refer to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking and contact the platform directly where required.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
   In exceptional circumstances, we may consider requests outside this policy at our discretion. Any such decision will be considered on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to make an exception in future cases.
8. Our Right to Cancel
   In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or because the property becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and
   discuss the available options with you.
